Once your company registers with SimpleCleanz, employees have a 30-day window to complete their registration and lock in their corporate discount rate.
Your HR department or leadership team submits a corporate consultation request and completes the company registration process with SimpleCleanz.
Company size determines pricing: Under 100 employees = $69/month starting rate | 100+ employees = $59/month starting rate
SimpleCleanz provides your company with a unique, secure registration link that grants access to the corporate discount program.
30-Day Window Begins: The enrollment period starts from the date your company completes registration.
Your HR department or employer shares the registration link with eligible employees through email, company intranet, or internal communications.
Keep it secure: The link is exclusive to your company's employees and should not be shared publicly.
Employees access the corporate registration portal, review the rules and guidelines, complete the registration form, and acknowledge all terms and conditions.

SimpleCleanz verifies employment status with your company and processes the registration. Employees receive confirmation and booking instructions within 24-48 hours.
Book within 14 days: Schedule your first cleaning within 14 days of approval to activate your benefit.
All employees must register within 30 days of company registration date to receive corporate discount pricing. No exceptions after deadline.
Each company receives a unique link that employees must use to register. This link is provided directly by your employer or HR department.
Each employee is personally responsible for their monthly payment. Employers do NOT pay for or receive invoices for individual services.
