SimpleCleanz reserves the right to refuse service or leave the premises immediately if unsafe conditions are encountered, including but not limited to: aggressive pets, hazardous materials, structural damage, hostile behavior, or any situation that compromises technician safety. Full payment is still required for attempted service calls where conditions prevent completion due to customer-related issues.
