  • All cleaning supplies and equipment provided by SimpleCleanz
  • Services performed by trained, insured, and background-checked technicians
  • Standard cleaning includes: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning
  • Deep cleaning and additional services available upon request for additional fees
  • Service quality guaranteed - we'll return free of charge if not satisfied

👥 Technician Visits

  • Scheduled appointments with 2-hour arrival windows
  • Customer notification 30 minutes before arrival
  • All technicians carry company identification and are uniformed
  • Technicians are fully bonded and insured for your protection
  • Quality inspection completed before departure

🔑 Property Access

  • Customer must provide safe and secure property access
  • Adequate lighting and utilities must be available during service
  • Pets must be secured or removed from service areas
  • Customer must inform us of any hazardous conditions
  • Keys or access codes must be provided in advance

📋 Customer Responsibilities

  • Basic tidying and decluttering before service arrival
  • Secure or remove valuable and fragile items
  • Communicate special instructions or concerns in advance
  • Provide 24-hour notice for appointment changes
  • Maintain current payment information on file

🚨 CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE

SimpleCleanz reserves the right to refuse service or leave the premises immediately if unsafe conditions are encountered, including but not limited to: aggressive pets, hazardous materials, structural damage, hostile behavior, or any situation that compromises technician safety. Full payment is still required for attempted service calls where conditions prevent completion due to customer-related issues.
