No, you don't need to be present! Most of our clients are property managers or agents who provide access via lockbox or key exchange. Simply provide clear access instructions when booking. We'll text you when we arrive and when we're finished, along with completion photos.

If the property requires extra attention beyond standard move-out cleaning (excessive grime, hoarding situations, biohazard cleanup), we'll contact you with a revised quote before starting. We'll also document any pre-existing damage with photos for your records.
