A: Yes! You can transfer one of your scheduled cleanings to a family member, friend, or neighbor — as long as the location is within 3 miles of your current service address and under 1800 sq ft. Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can coordinate with your assigned cleaning tech.

A: No. Most of our customers prefer contactless cleanings. As long as we have secure entry instructions (key, smart lock, concierge, etc.), we'll clean your space with the same care as if you were home.

A: Yes. We try our best to assign a consistent team or individual to your home. If you're especially satisfied with your technician, let us know and we'll do our best to keep them assigned to your recurring cleanings.
